In the event of an accident, please contact Reflex Panelbeaters and Spraypainters and you will be provided with hassle-free assistance.
If the vehicle is driveable and roadworthy, the driver will be instructed to drive to Reflex Panelbeaters in Wadeville.
If the vehicle is undriveable, Reflex Panelbeaters can assist with towing any time of the day or night.

Reflex estimator’s will then prepare an estimate and take digital photos of the damage, for submission to your insurance company.
Customer Care
Once your vehicle has been assessed and the insurance claim authorised, we will contact you to schedule a suitable time for you to come through to our workshop.
Our qualified vehicle estimators will welcome you on arrival and will guide you through the Reflex Vehicle Care Process.
Throughout the entire process of repair, we will keep you fully informed of the repair progress.
Courtesy Vehicles
As an added service to our customers, Reflex Panelbeaters and Spraypainters can arrange a temporary courtesy vehicle for the duration of the repair.
